About Stride
The moments people miss most
are the small ones.
Nobody comes to us because they want to run a marathon. They come because of something much quieter than that.
What they tell us they want back
- Kneeling down to hand a grandchild their present.
- Coming down the stairs without gripping the rail.
- Putting their own socks on in the morning.
- Walking the dog to the end of the road and back.
- Standing up from a chair without bracing first.
Not one person has ever asked us for their twenties back. They just want an ordinary Tuesday that doesn't hurt.
So we made one small thing,
and we made it properly.
Most knee supports are built on a simple idea: wrap the whole joint and squeeze. It sounds thorough. In practice it means the support is spread everywhere — and almost none of it lands on the one spot that actually hurts.
For most people, that spot is roughly the size of a coin, sitting just below the kneecap where the patellar tendon anchors. It's the same spot, over and over, in nearly every message we get.
We stopped trying to support the whole knee, and started supporting the part that was asking for help.
That's the entire idea behind Stride. A targeted silicone pad that sits exactly where the pressure builds. Slim enough to disappear under trousers. Light enough to forget you're wearing it. One small thing, doing one job well.
We're not a hospital, and we'd never pretend to be. We don't replace your doctor, your physio, or your surgery. But we know a great many people are stuck waiting — and waiting shouldn't have to mean sitting still.
Ninety days to decide
Wear it every day for three months. Garden in it, walk in it, climb stairs in it. If it hasn't earned its place, tell us and we'll refund you in full. We would genuinely rather have your money back in your pocket than a strap in your drawer that didn't help.
Small by design.
Big where it matters.
If there's a small moment you've quietly stopped doing, we built this for you.
